Cancellation Policy

At Ivy Lane Creative, we believe the best work starts with understanding your business. Whether you're looking for a new website, marketing support, help with your brand or some direction for your pet business, the first step is to contact us. Getting Started When you contact Ivy Lane Creative, we'll ask you to tell us a little about your business, what you'd like help with and what you're hoping to achieve. We'll then recommend the most appropriate next step. This may be an initial consultation, a Business MOT, a website review or a tailored proposal for your project. Submitting an enquiry does not commit you to purchasing a service. Consultations Where a consultation is required, we'll agree a suitable date and time with you. Any consultation fee will be clearly stated before the appointment is confirmed. Please provide as much relevant information as possible before your consultation so we can use the time effectively. Project Bookings Website design, branding, marketing campaigns and other bespoke projects are not confirmed simply by submitting an enquiry. Your project will normally be secured once: The scope of work has been agreed. You have accepted our quotation or proposal. Any required deposit or advance payment has been received. You have accepted our Terms & Conditions. Project start dates are subject to Ivy Lane Creative's availability. Rescheduling a Consultation If you need to change a consultation appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice where reasonably possible. Appointments cancelled or rearranged at very short notice may be subject to a cancellation or rebooking charge where this was made clear at the time of booking. If We Need to Reschedule Occasionally, we may need to rearrange an appointment because of illness or circumstances outside our reasonable control. If this happens, we'll contact you as soon as possible and arrange another suitable time. If we cannot provide a prepaid consultation, any amount paid for that consultation will be refunded. Running Late If you're running late, please contact us. We will do our best to accommodate you, but consultations may still need to finish at the originally scheduled time where another client is booked afterwards.
